Happy New Year 2018 to you…..
Let’s do this for this year’s goals….
Pick one goal in different areas of your life: Relationship, Career, Hobby, Faith, Kids, Health….. Whatever that you want to do, change, improve or create.
Write one sentence with each goal how you would feel if the goal was accomplished.
Then write one sentence if the goal was met how might it affect your outlook & relationships with others?
Lastly, write 2 very small steps that you are not doing right now that you could do toward each goal.
I will give you one small hint. If you do this and write it down or put it in your calendar to see /read everyday, you will move toward your goals. That’s your first small step.
We say every year, I wish I had done that last year. This exercise won’t let you say that again, because you addressed your goals.
