Finding hope or wanting to be hopeful is one of them . A few questions to ask yourself about your goals, relationships, life direction & outlook ….
What’s positive about what you are doing & where you are going?
Does your direction help you grow? If so, in what ways & in which areas? (career, spiritually, relationships, etc…)
Do you have to work on being hopeful or does it just come naturally to you? How does this affect different areas of your life? What works or needs attention?
How connected are hope & happiness for you?
An equation that works for me is …. my strengths + motivation = feeling good about my work, thoughts and goals. I see things differently from a positive place vs. a conflicted one. Depending on a change, I may need to regroup.
