Sometimes we get a gut feeling, something doesn’t feel right. We can think about it, trying to see all angles of a situation or decision vs. just acting on what we just know.
A great email came to me today. It was titled, “Hit the Delete Button“, imagine that?
The key points are:
- Believe in your worth
- Feel good about your potential
- Listen to your gut
- Think about how your gut feeling fits or doesn’t fit into the situation at hand
- Learn how to hit the delete button to negativity which prevents you from going forward
