The goals we aspire to such as growth, trusting our intuitions, giving back and so on require we have some level of control on ourselves on a daily basis. How can you accomplish larger goals, when you can’t accomplish small ones?
One of the barriers to reaching your goals is managing daily stress with your schedule. One way to start your day is by writing down all of your tasks for that day in a planner or keeping them in an online calendar. They are there just waiting for you vs. in your head, unorganized.
Some people are very well organized, but many people I ask if they do this, don’t.
At the end of day one, journal about how you did that day. Did you stick to a plan? Did you accomplish your goals? What will carry over to the next day?
Take a breathe, give yourself a pat on the back for all you did do and realize tomorrow is a new day.
