There is much written about how to manage your stress from making to do lists, exercise more and everyone has some idea about how to go about this issue we all have in our lives. And, those are good ideas, but maybe there’s another one.
One of the best indicators though is one we don’t have to be told about to identify we are under stress.

This is so true.
Do you remember the last time you were in a situation or dealing with something and you didn’t feel very comfortable?
Sometimes, I get a headache or my stomach hurts or break out in hives. The hives are the worst.
Bottom line – now I realize that it’s important to step back and realize a situation isn’t right for me. I have an internal indicator that seems to one step ahead of me. I then try to getting back to a place where I feel comfortable and can feel more comfortable going forward.
