Anxiety

Defining anxiety:

Anxiety can be for you a persistent thought, a worry or possibly feeling panic in certain situations. It could be something you have always felt and would like to not feel it any longer. It can be a worry that never goes away but is something you deal with often and are unsure how to feel better. 

How you experience it:

You may be restless, have difficulty concentrating, irritable, trouble sleeping, etc...  You may also have intrusive thoughts, obsessive, feel restless & experience depression.  Sudden panic attacks can happen because your body is on high alert for some reason.
